Therefore, in case of cancellation by the client, we ask you to inform us with at least 48 hours in advance so that we can make a full refund of the amount paid for the reservation. If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance, the refund will be partial and a percentage will be retained for administrative fees and other costs involved.

It is important to point out that in cases of cancellation by the company responsible for the tour or transfer, customers will be informed immediately and may opt for a full refund or to reschedule the service for another available date or time.
